We currently deliver across:

We also offer international shipping upon request, ensuring your gifts reach you wherever you are.

2. Delivery Times

Saudi Arabia

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Same-Day Delivery (KSA only): Available in select areas (fees apply)

3. Shipping Fees

Within KSA

  • Standard Shipping: 35 SAR

  • Same-Day Delivery: AED 45 SAR

  • Charges vary by region and package weight

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Customized orders may take longer—any delay will be communicated

  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you

  • You can track your shipment via the Track Order page on our website

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

All packages are packed securely. In case of loss or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.

7. Third-Party Shipping

Some items may be shipped by our trusted third-party suppliers. All partners are carefully vetted and meet our shipping quality standards.

8. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties, applied by the destination country

  • These are the customer’s responsibility
