1. Return Eligibility
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags attached

You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)
Returns requested after 7 days cannot be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement:

If the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please share a clear video showing the issue within the return window
⚠️ In many cases, the issue may be due to product usage. Our team will guide you through solutions that may not require a return.
If we determine the item is faulty or damaged:

You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you're returning a product for personal reasons (not damaged/defective), return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Customized or personalized items

Gift cards

Sale or discounted items

Downloadable digital products
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at refund@noceragifts.com with photo or video proof.
We’ll resolve it quickly with a refund or replacement.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered only for defective/damaged items

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance
