Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with tags attached

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)

Returns requested after 7 days cannot be accepted.


2. How to Start a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Email us at refund@noceragifts.com

  • If the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please share a clear video showing the issue within the return window

⚠️ In many cases, the issue may be due to product usage. Our team will guide you through solutions that may not require a return.

If we determine the item is faulty or damaged:

  • You’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send it

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you're returning a product for personal reasons (not damaged/defective), return shipping costs will be your responsibility.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Downloadable digital products


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at refund@noceragifts.com with photo or video proof.

We’ll resolve it quickly with a refund or replacement.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account

  • Contact your credit card provider

  • Speak to your bank, as processing may take some time

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange the same item, email refund@noceragifts.com


8. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are covered only for defective/damaged items

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance
